Diabetic retinopathy can be detected during a full eye examination. At Aphrodite Livanes Optometrists we are also equipped with a retinal camera for accurate detection of any signs of damage. If you have diabetes and notice a change in your vision, contact us to make an appointment. You DO NOT need to wait until your next scheduled review. Diabetics are advised to have a full eye examination every 12 months.
